A 20-year-old man died this morning (March 18) in an accident on the EN125 road near Almancil.
The two-vehicle crash happened at around 6.22am. Traffic was cut off going both ways on the EN125 near Vale das Éguas.
Contacted by the Resident, CDOS Faro confirmed the accident and the death but could not reveal the nationality or the age of the victim.
The road will be open to traffic again at around midday, CDOS said.
