Since opening its doors in March 2011 as PC Centre, the now named Algarve Computer Centre is finishing 2012 on a high note, having had a successful second half of the year (so far at least).
“A miracle,” co-owner and Director Mark Rawcliffe said, “given the lack of support from the banks, the government and the economy as a whole”. Concentrating on customer service, innovation and price, the Lagoa-based computer repair and sales centre has successfully followed its goals for the year, but also revealed looming expansion plans with a move into pastures new with one of its current partners.
The venture, which we are assured will be announced later in the month, will include a new location in the Algarve’s Golden Triangle, a new website, re-branding and some new faces, but still following the theme and discipline owners Mark Rawcliffe and Brian Pickford set for the company from the outset.
The details of the move and expansion are still very much shrouded in secrecy, but the owners assure us that the Algarve as a whole “will not be disappointed” with the results when the new premises open in January 2013.
Brian added: “We could not have come as far as we have without the support and loyalty of our clients and suppliers and for this we thank you all.”
Mark, Brian and Sergio Fortuna would like to wish all of its clients a very Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2013.
