A GERMAN man who threw his computer out of the window in frustration and woke up neighbours will not be charged with disturbing the peace.
Police in Hanover arrived to find electronic parts on the pavement but sympathised with the man’s frustrations and said “Who hasn’t felt like doing that?” He was not formally charged but had to clean up his mess.
