A RESTAURANT in the heart of London has become a tourist attraction after a Polish maniac jumped on top of a table last week and sliced off his manhood. As customers fled the restaurant screaming, police grabbed the man and took the severed organ to the hospital. Surgeons attempted to reattach his manhood in the first operation of its kind in the UK, but they did not know how much sensitivity would be regained.
