DURING A random vehicle check, Dutch police were baffled when they stopped an 84-year-old man, who did not have a driving licence.
Not only had he been driving illegally for 67 years but he admitted that his car was also uninsured. Police believe that the reason he had never been caught before was that he had never been involved in a car collision nor had he ever been given a speeding ticket. The man promised not to drive anymore and to get rid of the car, which had never been put through a safety test.
