ALGARVE-BORN former Portuguese tennis number one, Rui Machado, continued on the comeback trail from injury with a triumphant return to Olhão.
His final 6-2, 6-1 victory over Gonçalo Falcão in FPT/CIMA 2007 Open Entente Limited tournament, organised by the town’s tennis academy, brought back nostalgic memories of seven years ago when Machado received a golden racket he still carries around with him for taking a junior title at the same venue.
