A DUMB criminal was locked up in a cell at a New Zealand police station – even though he was never arrested!
He managed to break into the station and accidentally locked himself in the cell but managed to escape by smashing an apparently shatter-proof glass window using a wooden chair. He escaped before officers reached the cell and it is unclear why he broke into the station, as nothing was stolen.
