THE MAJORITY of online readers believe that the public health system in the Algarve is not able to offer sufficient care for cancer sufferers. A total of 63 per cent, nearly two-thirds, of readers believe that the region is unable to offer cancer patients sufficient care, while less than 10 per cent believe that the public health care system in the Algarve is able to offer the adequate care and more than a quarter, 28 per cent, of online readers had no opinion or were unsure.
