BOAVISTA GOLF Resort’s autumn charity was a success and all credit goes to the members of the golf club.
The final sum achieved for the one-day golfing event was a staggering 16,000 euros, which was raised on behalf of the Lagos and Pirilampos (Albufeira) orphanages. At Lagos, the money has gone towards new computer equipment, two sets of double glazed sliding doors, furniture and clothing items. At Pirilampos, similar items were purchased, particularly bedding.
