Vistas, Monte Rei Golf & Country Club’s signature restaurant and Chef Jaime Perez’ showcase, is due to reopen on March 14, featuring a new menu.
Monte Rei has a selection of restaurants and gastronomic activities overseen by Chef Jaime, a protégé of Ferrán Adrià, and formerly a leading chef in Adrià’s renowned three-Michelin star El Bulli restaurant.
The resort in the eastern Algarve has also announced the opening of a new representative office within the Bougainvillea Shopping Centre in Quinta do Lago.
The office will open its doors today (March 1) and is part of a major marketing programme to strengthen the resort’s commercial activity and help it reach out to the most important European markets.
The office will showcase the complete product offering from the resort, such as ‘stay & play’ packages, accommodation, green fees, restaurant reservations, wedding and events information, and property information.
