RTA promotes Algarve

The Algarve Tourism Board (RTA) recently toured Europe with a series of road shows to promote Algarvean trade. The RTA’s first stop was Paris, where several presentations were given, each explaining what the Algarve has to offer French society, and stalls displayed the best products available in the Algarve.

The workshop’s next move was to Brussels, where it was considered to be a big success by the public. The last workshop will be held today (September 17) at the Hotel Krasnapolsky, in Amsterdam, where the RTA will be promoting an ‘Algarvean Party in Holland’ – which was inspired by the positive reaction from Dutch fans during the Euro 2004 championship.

RTA President, Hélder Martins, announced that the road show will move to Germany in mid-October, stopping in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.
