Sousa wins again

The winner of the 1999 and 2001 Clube Automóvel do Algarve race took yet another trophy home recently, at the Baja Serra race. Although at the beginning of the race it seemed Luís Costa, driving a Toyota Land Cruiser, would steal the trophy, the driver of the Nissan Navara, Rui Sousa quickly caught up, raced through Monchique’s hills and eventually dominated the Baja Serra race. Inocêncio and Soares, in a Mitsubishi, occupied third and fourth position.
