The Portuguese government has summoned unions for a meeting with the representatives of the Troika next Wednesday (December 11) at the Economic and Social Council of Portugal. Secretary of State for the PM Carlos Moedas made the announcement, adding that each union will have approximately 10 minutes to present a speech to the troika representatives. Meantime, the troika will be back in Portugal this week for the 10th evaluation of the country’s adjustment programme.
