Construction work on the Parque Ribeirinho, which promises to redefine Faro’s connection to the Ria Formosa estuary, is on track and running smoothly. A press release by the municipal authority says the project should be completed by the first half of 2014 and will provide the municipality with the “leisure park it deserves and has needed for some time”.
