Pimenta Preta Restaurant in Carvoeiro hosted the Christmas party for Open Media, the publishing group of which the Algarve Resident became a part in April last year.
A total of 37 guests, made up of staff and freelance contributors from Open Media’s magazines in the Algarve and Lisbon offices and the Algarve Resident, were treated to a delicious four-course meal with wines and Port sponsored by the Quinta de La Rosa winery in the Douro.

Pimenta Preta has built up a solid reputation as one of Carvoeiro’s finest restaurants and the owner Nuno Diogo pulled no stops to ensure that the team enjoyed a night to remember.
Open Media’s founding partner and CEO Bruce Hawker gave a brief speech towards the end of the evening praising the team for all their hard work in a year that saw many changes and challenges within the company.
