A 30-year-old Senegalese man deported from Portugal’s Portela airport demonstrated his feelings unequivocally by biting the immigration inspector from SEF (Serviços de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) as he was being escorted onto a plane to his home-country. The inspector needed various stitches and is now taking retroviral medication. He has also undergone tests for infectious diseases.
