St Patrick’s dancing delight in Carvoeiro

A highlight of the St Patrick’s Society of the Algarve dinner-dance at the Hotel Tivoli, Carvoeiro, to celebrate Ireland’s national day, was a series of performances by a 16-member troupe of the FBC School of Irish Dance, all students of the Dance School of Lagos, under the direction of Fabíola Borges de Castro. Pictured from left are Chantal Ellison, Ana Sofia Ilha, Margarida Silva and Francisca Pestana. The event, which also prominently featured the Irish musician Ian Dee, was a sellout success.
