Castro Marim council is “very happy” with the success and popularity of the free fitness classes it has been offering local residents.
Part of its ‘Põe-te em Forma’ (Get Fit) programme, the classes are open to people of all ages and take place in Altura at the local EB1 school on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6pm-7pm and Castro Martim’s municipal pavilion on Mondays and Fridays between 6.15pm-7.15pm.
