Mopping-up in the wake of the Golden Visa scandal, incoming minister for internal administration Anabela Rodrigues has now ordered SEF (the borders and aliens authority heavily implicated in the investigation into corruption) to come up with a manual that will henceforth set out all the necessary steps in the process. Meantime, Rodrigues has passed all “pending” applications for VIP visas to DCIAP, the criminal investigation department, for scrutiny.
