A solar energy project developed in Martim Longo (Alcoutim) by business association Enercoutim has reached the final selection process of the European Utility Industry Awards, in the “Sustainable Development” category. The competition – classified as an integral part of European Utility Week, “Europe’s most important conference in the electrical sector” – is scheduled to take place in Vienna, Austria, next week. Enercoutim hopes it will bring the initiative international prestige.
