A new plan to finally remove the dredger that overturned near Olhão in January has been announced, and it involves removing the vessel in pieces.
Sofareias, the company that owns the dredger, is due to present the plan to maritime authorities this week.
“I hope it happens as soon as possible,” Olhão port captain Nunes Ferreira told Correio da Manhã tabloid.
