A “peaceful” animal rights march will take place this Saturday (September 8) in Faro.
The march begins at 11am in front of the Forum Algarve shopping centre and will move towards Jardim Manuel Bívar where a speech and minute of silence are planned at midday.
The march will then continue back towards Forum Algarve. The goal of the initiative is to raise awareness about the lack of support for animal associations and kennels in Portugal and in the Algarve specifically.
