Vale do Lobo is inviting everyone to sign up for a mindful movement class which will take place at the Vale do Lobo Auditorium on Thursday, January 30 between 10am and 11am.
It will be led by Mindfulness and Yoga teacher Per Norrgren, founder of the Algarve’s inMindSight mindfulness centre.
The lesson costs €16 with a 50% discount available for Vale do Lobo members.
