Dear Editor,
We have just returned from a fabulous week in Alvor. Very safe.
It worked to our advantage that there were not the normal numbers of people as we got in every restaurant without a wait, beaches were so clean and half full.
It’s a shame that UK people are being put off by having to quarantine on return as it felt much safer in Portugal than in UK.
