The desperate appeal for information on missing nurse Célia Paulo ended last night with the discovery of her body in a shed outside her home.
The mother-of-three had been missing since she failed to turn up for her afternoon shift at Lisbon’s Santa Maria hospital on Monday.
Her three children and wider family have said that she was under a huge amount of stress and suffering from exhaustion.
Police admitted early on in this tragic search that Ms Paulo had been suffering psychological problems.
