Alcoutim Council announced on Tuesday that it has no active Covid-19 cases in the borough.
The municipality had been deemed a âvery high-risk boroughâ according to the governmentâs latest weekly update which was based on data from March 3 to 16.
Despite the latest milestone, the council urges the population to continue following the safety measures such as wearing masks, praticising social distancing and frequent hand sanitising.
