With all the to-ing and fro-ing of proposals for legislation on assisted dying/ euthanasia, PSD social democrats have today intimated that they will be suggesting a national referendum. Bills for the approval of euthanasia in Portugal have up till now been ‘rejected’ for various reasons by the Constitutional Court.
