The young couple arrested in the early hours of Sunday following the fatal stabbing of a 19-year-old girl in the busy bar area of Oura, Albufeira, is to go before a judge today to hear bail terms. It is unclear whether both face the same charges, or indeed what the charges are. A statement released by the PJ refers to the “aggressions having been perpetrated with recourse to a knife and by the female element” (meaning it is the woman in the couple who is alleged to have dealt the “injuries that determined death”).
