Three separate earthquakes have been registered at different times over the last 24-hours in very different areas of the Portuguese mainland. Last night there was a quake rmeasuring 2.9 on the Richter Scale, inland, north west of Montemor-o-Novo, in the very early hours of this morning, off the Peniche coast there was a quake, registering a similar 2.9 and then at 5.30 this morning came the 2.2 quake north west of Portimão. So far, no reports of any kind of damages.
