Nearby in Vila Nova de Cacela, the new year will be welcomed on January 1 at Largo Manuel Cabana with the traditional ‘Charolas’ singing groups which will be performing at 3pm, followed by live music courtesy of Ângelo Correia and Jaime Gomes, ending with a fireworks display in the early evening.
