Évora appeal court judges have confirmed the 25-year jail terms of all four defendants who appealed their convictions over the death of three year old Jéssica, in Setúbal, in 2022. The case that shocked the nation for its level of brutality and indifference,saw all three judges unanimously dismiss the appeals, confirming everything judges ruled in the initial trial.
