The municipal council of Vila Real de Santo António (VRSA) has donated €441,000 to the local volunteer firefighting brigade.
The subsidy will be used by the Humanitarian Association of Volunteer Firefighters of Vila Real de Santo António and Castro Marim to cover expenses related to its every-day duties.
As its name suggests, the firefighting brigade covers both the municipalities of VRSA and Castro Marim.
