The 11th edition of the Municipality’s event will see flautist Salomé Matias and clarinettist Tiago Santos perform at the Ermida de Nossa Senhora da Encarnação.
The cultural association Ideias do Levante is organising the eleventh edition of the Lagoa Lent Concert on Sunday, March 3. The annual event will feature Algarve-born flautist Salomé Matias and clarinettist Tiago Santos from Santarém for an exceptional performance at the Ermida de Nossa Senhora da Encarnação, perched above Carvoeiro beach.
Produced in a spectacular setting, the event results from a partnership between the Municipality of Lagoa, the Carvoeiro Church, and the Lagoa-based cultural association Ideias do Levante. By joining forces, the entities aim to promote the religious and artistic heritage of the Municipality and promote religious monuments, artists, instruments and works by Portuguese and foreign composers.
The concert is scheduled to start at 17h00. Although it is free of admission, donations are welcome to help the Fábrica da Igreja and the Ideias do Levante association.
As the venue has limited seats, bookings can be made in advance via telephone or through an online reservation system at https://www.ideiasdolevante.info/reservas
