Here’s an update on Carvoeiro Branco’s development Primelife, located in the beautiful coastal town of Carvoeiro.
Alongside our trusted construction partner, MSC Construções, we are excited to offer you a glimpse into the progress of the project. We are dedicated to keeping you informed every step of the way as we bring our vision to life.
Where are we in the process?
As spring blossoms in Carvoeiro, so does progress at our beloved Primelife project. With five blocks and 30 exquisite apartments underway, each passing day brings us closer to realizing our beautiful coastal resort.
In recent weeks, we have been tirelessly enhancing the exterior façades of the apartments. We are pleased to inform you that Blocks A and E have been completed, highlighting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellence. We eagerly anticipate the completion of the remaining blocks in the coming weeks.
Simultaneously, significant strides have been made in the interior construction. The work on ceilings progresses steadily, with several blocks already boasting their completed ceilings.
Inside the buildings, our electrical project advances seamlessly, with only the installation of the aluminium fixtures remaining to add the final touch of finesse to our electrical infrastructure.
We also have completed terrace walls on the ground floor. The upcoming weeks will be dedicated to the meticulous tasks of road construction, establishing connections and setting up elevation stations.
Each step of the way brings us closer to ensuring that Primelife becomes a reality.
The design and plant selection for the outdoor areas have been fully finalized, ensuring a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing environment. In the final stages (Q1 2025) of the resort’s development, we will implement the carefully planned landscape.
The pool is beginning to take shape as we embark on the excavation of sand. Following this process, we’ll deploy concrete, solidifying our commitment to creating a luxurious recreational space for our residents and guests to enjoy.
