Vila do Bispo is hosting its popular goose barnacle festival (Festival do Perceve) between Friday and Sunday (June 7-9).
Thousands of kilos of seafood will be served, headlined by the beloved goose barnacles that the Western Algarve borough is known for.
Tickets cost €8 and can be purchased online at Ticketline or at the venue, near the São Vicente primary school. The event begins at 5pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday and Sunday, running late into the night.
