A TVDE (Uber-type) driver has been arrested in Lisbon for running a drug delivery service. According to police, the 54-year-old used an encrypted app (Telegram) to receive ‘orders’ from clients which he would then deliver. When arrested, police found him in possession of 2,504 doses of various drugs, including 22 boxes of ketamine valued at around €1,600, writes Correio da Manhã.
