The Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel and Hotel Lisboa Plaza have been awarded the British Airways Holidays Costumer Excellence Award for 2023.
Every year, British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s leading tour operators, prides itself on carefully analysing the holidays of each and every one of its customers. In 2023, British Airways Holidays collected 72,283 independent reviews and is awarding 730 Customer Excellence Awards around the world, to honour those hotels with the highest ratings and the best customer reviews for their commitment to making every guest’s stay memorable through a truly fulfilling holiday. At Lisbon Heritage Hotels, a collection of boutique hotels owned and managed by Portuguese families, two of its units – the Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel and the Hotel Lisboa Plaza – have been recognised with the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2023.
