The head of Kiev’s diplomatic service said that on the instructions of President Volodymyr Zelensky, “Ukraine has offered a Ukrainian AN-32P firefighting aircraft with a crew to support these efforts”. In a message posted on the X network, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiga said that “Ukraine stands in solidarity with its friend Portugal”, and that it is watching “Portuguese first responders in the fight against the deadly forest fires”.
