There are still many activities to choose from, organisers say
The Sagres Birdwatching Festival, described as the biggest nature and birdwatching event in Portugal, will return for its 15th edition between Thursday and Sunday (October 3-6).
While some of the over 270 planned activities are already fully booked, organisers say that there “still a lot to choose from”. The full programme can be found on the event’s website and includes everything from birdwatching activities and boat trips to see dolphins and explore caves to photography, painting and drawing workshops, bicycles rides and much more.
A visit to Sagres’ Beliche fort is all that is needed to sign up and receive a participant bracelet, which also provides free admission to Sagres’ fortress and Vila do Bispo’s museum.
