Low cost airline Ryanair has been delighted by the admission that the recent fine (and ruling) of Braga Civil Court, over prices charged for hand luggage, has been annulled on the basis that it wasn’t called to the court procedure in question. There will now have to be a new ‘trial’ to which Ryanair will be invited. The company stresses its pricing policy complies “integrally with EU guidelines”.
