On November 9, the Municipality is taking wine lovers on a tasting journey across regional vineyards.
To celebrate World Wine Tourism Day on Saturday, November 9, Lagoa City Hall is organising a full day of wine tourism experiences.
The day starts at 09h15 at the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, where participants will gather before heading to the Convento Bio for a blind tasting of “Algarve Golden Terroir” wines at 10h00.
Lunch is set to be served at 12h45 at Quinta dos Santos, accompanied by the producer’s wines.
In the afternoon, at 16h00, participants will make their way to the Arvad winery for an exclusive experience overlooking the Arade River. The programme includes a visit to the vineyard and cellar and a wine tasting accompanied by tapas and seasonal chestnuts.
The day ends at 18h00 with return transportation to Lagoa.
Tickets cost €50 and can be purchased online and at the usual ticket offices. The price includes tastings, lunch and transportation throughout the itinerary.
