On Saturday, December 7, the Algarve-based wine distributor invites wine lovers and their families to discover its 2025 portfolio and a novelty Christmas market.
Algarve wine distributors Wine Castle is hosting its annual Christmas Wine Fair on Saturday, December 7. Everyone is invited to celebrate the season at the company’s headquarters in Mexilhoeira da Carregação, where an afternoon of wine tasting, Christmas shopping, and more will take place between 13h00 and 19h00.
Wine lovers will be delighted to make the most of the distributor’s traditional “Xmas Wine Fair 2024” to taste a great selection of Portuguese and international wines. The event will feature twenty-two wine producers, allowing wine lovers to taste Wine Castle’s entire portfolio. Winemakers from the four corners of Portugal will be on location to present their wines and share the stories behind each harvest, as well as a couple of producers from France and Argentina.
New to this year’s edition, parallel to the wine fair, will be a Christmas market. At this market, visitors will have the opportunity to browse stalls selling artisanal products, do some Christmas shopping, and enjoy some local delicacies.
While adults sip some of the new vintages, children will be entertained with a bouncy castle and a Christmas baking workshop, during which they will decorate seasonal biscuits. There will also be music and entertainment for all ages, in a very festive atmosphere.
Tickets cost €10 per person, the totality of which can be discounted on a wine purchase.
