Catholic schools mobilise to aid Ukraine counterparts at Christmas

Pupils at Roman Catholic schools in Portugal are being mobilised to support their Ukrainian counterparts through a Christmas campaign that aims to raise funds, initially to organise holiday camps for pupils and teachers. The campaign aims to alleviate the difficulties experienced by pupils and teachers in a country that has been at war for over 1,000 days now, and is supported in Portugal by the National Secretariat for Christian Education (SNEC) and the Portuguese Association of Catholic Schools.
