Construction on the temporary fill for the new Faro yacht harbour began on Monday, December 9, with a projected completion within 250 days. The new yacht harbour will be located opposite the current Faro docks. The project, awarded to Sociedade Submarit – Subempreitadas e Trabalhos Marítimos, Lda, aims to create a land platform and water area to accommodate up to 277 boats.
