Ludovico succeeds Joaquim Castelão Rodrigues
Carlos Ludovico is the new regional director of the Institute of Nature and Forest Conservation (ICNF) in the Algarve.
Previously head of Licensing and Rural Development at CCDR Algarve, he has held key roles in forestry management, fire prevention, and civil protection.
Appointed for a five-year term which started February 17, he succeeds Joaquim Castelão Rodrigues, who led ICNF in the Algarve since 2019.
