Join RCEPI for a day of fun and philanthropy
Rotary Club Estoi Palace International (RCEPI) has announced the return of its annual charity golf tournament on Sunday, July 6, at a new venue this year, Benamor Golf.
Completed in 2000, this Sir Henry Cotton-designed golf course is close to Tavira, with some of the best mountain and sea views in the Algarve.
The event aims to raise funds to support Rotary humanitarian causes, including support for the Algarve Oncology Association skin cancer screening programme, while providing participants with a day of golfing and camaraderie.
Golf enthusiasts and supporters of charitable causes alike are invited to join RCEPI for a day of fun and philanthropy at one of the most renowned golfing destinations in Portugal.
Highlights of the day include: a welcome snack; access to the practice range and putting green to hone skills before the tournament; 18-hole 4 person Team Scramble format; golf buggy; complimentary pre-lunch drinks; buffet lunch; award ceremony including closest to the pin, longest drive and the winning and runner up teams; plus, expect a few surprises!
“Whether you are a seasoned golfer or just looking for a memorable day out, the Rotary Charity Golf Tournament promises an unforgettable experience while making a positive impact on communities both locally and around the world,” say organisers.
Registration is now open. Early-bird registration is available at €160 before May 1, with the standard cost being €175 from May 1.
