Still grounded as it has been for weeks and months, there are glimmers of hope today for the return of the Portimão-Bragança air link: the Ministry of Infrastructures has told Lusa news agency it is due to pay operator Sevenair, €660,500 within the next few days.
This money, owed due to the concession contract, may be enough to persuade Cascais municipality to release the plane it has impounded, and allow Sevenair to get back into operation.
