Prominent Algarve charity Tavira 2nd Chance (T2C) will be staging a fundraising May Day Craft Fair at The Black Anchor riverside pub on Monday, May 5, from 12 noon to 4pm.
T2C will host a spectacular balloon raffle where everyone will have the chance to win prizes generously donated by many local businesses. These include restaurant vouchers, hair and beauty treatments, silk painting and Yoga and Pilates lessons, to name but a few. Every single balloon contains a prize! In addition, there will be a wide variety of craft stalls selling quality handmade gifts and treats.
T2C is a local community charity, staffed by a dedicated band of volunteers, supporting a wide variety of causes from homelessness, orphanages, care for the elderly and families in the Algarve.
Hundreds of people support and/or receive help from the charity that has a shop at 29 Rua Dr. Parreira and is open from 10am to 1pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
