Almost two years ago, Purple Rhinos was created by Jossi Storrs and Paul Bubb after they discovered a gap in the market for a one-stop design and manufacturing company that offered everything from logo design and website creation to printed stationry, embroidered clothing and sign-making.
Since then, Purple Rhinos has gone from strength to strength. They have just taken on two more designers and two field based sales people to assist with the growth.
More recently the company has been involved in designing and supplying complete packages for start-up businesses. “We understand that certain businesses need different things. For example, bars might want T-shirts, drinks menus and signs whereas estate agencies want corporate clothing, window and vehicle

graphics and database driven websites”, says Jossi.
Following a successful few days at the 2006 BLiP exhibition, Purple Rhinos will be taking two stands to exhibit samples of their work this October where they hope to surpass last year’s success. “BLiP really was very good for us last year. It’s by far the best exhibition we have participated in,” says Jossi.
Achievements
With an office in Carvoeiro and another larger one expected to open soon in the Porches area, Jossi is thrilled with the company’s achievements so far, “We never expected to reach this level of success so quickly. It’s fantastic”.
