The life of an entrepreneur is full of challenges and stages, particularly in the development of a business idea.

The amount of information we have at our disposal means dealing with it is perhaps the greatest challenge of our times, both for our companies and ourselves as consumers.

Regardless of our professional activity, looking for ways to improve our business performance is essential to the growth of our company.

Artificial Intelligence nowadays is seen as a solution to all issues. Does Artificial Intelligence have an answer to all our doubts? How is this new form of information fed, and how can we harness it? Like any tool at our disposal, the most important thing is to know how to take advantage of it.

There are many improvement processes using Artificial Intelligence today. The lack of knowledge regarding the utility and value of different resources, and what they can bring to our business, is a great challenge for us.

The development of any business involves constant attention to the need for evolution and for it to have a practical effect on the lives of our customers. Evolution that does not take into consideration how useful and helpful it can be to current and future customers can become irrelevant in a short space of time.

The original business plan set out by an entrepreneur may change as the business evolves. Input received along the way may “force” us to adapt ideas and strategies that simply weren’t working.

Technology and information overload, even if most of the time it is not based on in-depth knowledge, should make entrepreneurs wary of the ‘pseudo-euphoria’ of services and offers claiming to provide countless benefits for people and companies, which in the end may have little impact on the needs of each business. The illusion of marketing often creates stereotyped needs that are not solutions that apply to all businesses.

We must be careful and responsible to treat what is different differently.

Unique and so-called miraculous solutions are not applicable to everyone but may be directed at small niche businesses.

In our company, and after 20 years in business, we now have different expectations and approaches from when we first started, but we always take a fresh look at each case.

The fact is, our activity is often forgotten and not always considered by entrepreneurs and companies.

The way financial information is handled has a transversal impact on the performance of a business and can help an entrepreneur focus on its growth. On the first analysis, entrepreneurs should seek all the necessary information in order to make sound managerial decisions.

Many companies fear they won’t succeed because they don’t have a strategy and a development plan. They know who their customers are, but they are not promoting themselves in the right places.

A company covers a wide range of activities, whether commercial, marketing, logistics, production, financial or administrative, which makes it difficult for a single entrepreneur to keep up with all that this entails, either because the day is only 24 hours long or because of the diversity of knowledge required.

Naturally, the size of a business means greater or lesser needs.

In 2024, we celebrated 20 years in business, and, over the years, we have always tried to evolve in terms of knowledge, resources and conditions for our employees.

We never forget our customers and the importance of improving our work, resorting to new work tools that have had an impact on the reliability of what we produce for our customers.

For some time now, we have been using applications that use automated processes, which have helped us to be more reliable in what we do.

In 2021, we started digitizing the way we produce financial information for our clients. In 2025, we will upgrade this process again. As with any improvement, it must be accompanied by an evaluation of its result.

Dematerialization is a pathway for innovation, but it is important to remember that any such process requires the input of people. Only people can validate these processes and assess their need and usefulness. In the end, the benefits of process improvement should dictate its need.

At the beginning of each year, we always write a letter of intent and wishes, but at the end of this year, what differentiates us is the ability to always achieve the goals that we set for ourselves.
